A bill to amend Public Law 94-400 to require that the Secretary of Interior maintain the confidentiality of information gathered from victims of the Teton Dam disaster, and for other purposes.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of information concerning persons who submitted claims for damages resulting from the failure of the Teton Dam in Idaho. Declares that such information shall not be required to be disclosed under the Freedom of Information Act.
