A bill to establish a grant program for the acquisition of medical equipment and supplies for the treatment of aircraft accident burn victims.

Directs the Secretary of Transportation to make grants under the Airport and Airway Act of 1970 to hospitals nearest to air carrier airports for the acquisition of medical equipment and supplies to treat burn injuries resulting from aircraft accidents. Specifies that the Federal share of the costs of such equipment and supplies shall be 100 percent.
