A bill for the relief of John W. Wilson.

Provides that a named individual may not as a result of his Federal criminal conviction: (1) be denied the right to vote in Federal elections; (2) be denied issuance of a Federal firearms license; or (3) be prohibited from shipping or transporting firearms or ammunition in interstate commerce.
