Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation, upon application by the States of Maryland and Virginia and the District of Columbia, to approve a project for the reconstruction or rehabilitation of the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge.
Authorizes to be appropriated, out of the Highway Trust Fund, a specified sum to carry out the provisions of this Act beginning in fiscal year 1982.
Prohibits the Secretary from including any costs for such bridge in any revised estimate of the cost of completing the Interstate Highway System.
