Public Safety Officers Memorial Scholarship Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Education to award undergraduate scholarships to dependent children of public safety officers, including law enforcement officers and fire fighters, killed in the course of their official duties. Establishes guidelines for such scholarship awards.
