Includes the United States and the legislative branch as employers subject to the National Labor Relations Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Extends coverage of the Fair Labor Standards Act to legislative employees.
Applies the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act to the legislative branch.
Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to repeal the exemption of the Vice President, Members of Congress, and legislative branch employees.
