A bill to provide for the cancellation of nonimmigrant visas of Iranian students and for the prompt departure of such students from the United States.

Cancels the student visas of Iranian nationals studying in the United States. Prohibits the issuance of student visas to Iranians. Requires any Iranian student whose visa has been canceled to leave the United States within 30 days of enactment of this Act or be deported.

Excludes from such visa provisions Iranians whose applications for political asylum in the United States are being considered.
