A bill to amend 38 U.S.C. 312(a) so as to provide a seven-year presumptive period for syringomyelia.

Requires a presumption of service connection for syringomyelia developing a ten percent or more degree of disability within seven years after separation from active wartime service for purposes of veterans' disability compensation.
