Summary

Adds approximately twenty-five acres to the Sandia Mountain Wilderness, New Mexico.

Permits the continuance of the existing diversion dam and existing related facilities conforming to the terms and conditions of maintenance that the Secretary of Agriculture deems appropriate. Requires any upgrading of the existing diversion dam to be completed within four years of the date of this Act.
