A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide that veterans' benefits under such title for which entitlement is based on length of service in the Armed Forces, in the case of persons enlisting in the Armed Forces on or after the end of the 90-day period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, shall be available only to persons who complete their initial period of obligated service on active duty.
Veterans' Obligated Period of Service Completion Act - Requires veterans who enlist after a specified time to complete the entire first obligated period of active duty to be eligible for specified veterans' benefits including the post-Vietnam era veterans' education assistance program.
