A bill to amend subsection (a) of section 2737 of title 10, United States Code, and for other purposes.

Increases from $1,000 to $2,500 the amount of a claim which the appropriate Secretary of a military department may settle for damage to property or personal injury or death caused by an employee of a military department or a member of the armed forces incident to the use of a vehicle of the United States.
