Constitutional Amendment - Limits the term of office of the President and Vice President to six years. Prohibits any person from being elected President if such person has filled a vacancy in such office for more than three years. Prohibits any person who held such office from being elected Vice President.
Provides that no person may be elected as President, Vice President, or to the Senate more than once. Allows any person who has filled a Senate vacancy for less than three years to be elected to the Senate once more.
