A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States providing for a procedure for removal from office, in every tenth year of service, of the judges of the Supreme Court and inferior Federal courts.

Constitutional Amendment - Provides that justices of the Supreme Court and judges of inferior Federal courts shall hold office during good behavior, except that no judge shall hold office upon the expiration of any consecutive ten-year term if the Senate adopts a resolution of removal during a judge's tenth year of such ten-year period.
