Constitutional Amendment - Proposes an amendment to the Constitution to limit Senators to two terms of office. Requires that Members of the House of Representatives be chosen every four years and limits such Members to three terms of office.
Prohibits any person from election to the office of President, Vice President, Senator, or Representative if such person will attain the age of 70 years during the term of office.
Prohibits any person from holding the office of judge of the Supreme Court or of an inferior court after attaining the age of 70 years unless appointed to such office before this amendment takes effect. Prohibits any person from being appointed to such office after attaining the age of 60 years.
Provides that the term of office for judges of inferior courts shall be ten years.
