Constitutional Amendment - Limits the term of office of the President and Vice President to six years. Prohibits any person from being elected President if such person has filled a vacancy in such office for more than three years.
Provides for elections to the House of Representative every four years. Prohibits Members from being elected to the House more than three times and to the Senate more than twice.
Repeals the twenty-second amendment to the Constitution.
