A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States with respect to public prayer and religious instruction.

Constitutional Amendment - Declares that nothing in the Constitution shall be construed to forbid prayer in public places or institutions including schools, or to forbid religious instruction which is provided under private auspices, whether or not religious.

Declares that the right of the people to participate in prayer or religious instruction shall never be infringed by the United States or the several States.
