Constitutional Amendment - Limits the term of the President and the Vice President to six years and prohibits any person from holding either office more than once. Precludes any person who has held either office for more than four years to which another person was elected, from being elected to such office.
Repeals the 22nd amendment to the Constitution on the limitation on presidential terms of office.
