A concurrent resolution to provide for the procurement and display in the Capitol of a facsimile of the Constitution of the United States.

Directs the Joint Committee of Congress on the Library, after consulting the Architect of the Capitol, to procure a bronze facsimile of the original documents of the Constitution of the United States and to display such facsimile in an appropriate place in the Capitol.
