A concurrent resolution urging the Soviet Union to allow Ida Nudel to emigrate to Israel, and for other purposes.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should: (1) urge the Soviet Union to provide Ida Nudel with adequate medical care and allow her to emigrate; and (2) inform the Soviet Union that the United States will consider the extent to which countries honor their commitments under international law when evaluating U.S. relations with such countries.
