A concurrent resolution expressing the support for the proposal of the European Economic Community to convene an international conference for the purpose of effecting the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan and the restoration of Afghanistan's sovereignty, and for other purposes.

Expresses the support of Congress for the efforts of the European Economic Community to establish an international conference to bring about the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan and to create conditions in which the independence and neutrality of Afghanistan can be assured. Urges the President to pursue alternatives to bring about such results.
