A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that minimum monthly insurance benefits under the Social Security Act should be continued at current levels.

Expresses the sense of Congress that the minimum primary insurance amount and the minimum survivor's benefit should be determined according to title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) provisions of the Social Security Act in effect on July 14, 1981.
