A resolution to express the sense of the Senate with regard to cooperation with the Government of Mexico relating to oil and natural gas.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President and the Secretary of Energy actively pursue an equitable agreement with Mexico to secure for a share of the newly discovered oil and natural gas for the United States.
