A resolution to authorize the withdrawal and release to the Controller of the State of California of certain documents, papers and other materials in the possession of the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Committee on Governmental Affairs.

Authorizes the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Committee on Governmental Affairs to release certain documents, papers and other materials obtained in the study of the California Relative Value Studies to the Comptroller of the State of California.
