A resolution to refer the bill (S. 2654) entitled "A bill for the relief of the Tonkawa Indians of Oklahoma" to the Chief Commissioner of the United States Court of Claims for a report thereon.

Refers to the Chief Commissioner of the Court of Claims a bill for the relief of a named Indian tribe. Directs the Commissioner to report to the Senate on the nature of the claim against the United States and the amount, if any, due such claimant from the United States. Authorizes the Commissioner to consider and make a part of the record in this proceeding the records of the previous trial of this case in the Indian Claims Commission.
