Authorizes additional expenditures by the Committee on Human Resources for inquiries and investigations from March 1, 1979, through February 29, 1980 in an amount not to exceed $2,753,000. Directs the Committee to report its findings and recommendations for legislation to the Senate not later than February 29, 1980.
