A resolution expressing the Sense of the Senate with respect to providing special compensation to U.S. personnel held hostage in Iran.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that, in regard to the hostages held in Iran: (1) the Secretary of State shall pay special allowances to foreign service officers; (2) government employees should be entitled to an appropriate pay differential for hardship or hazardous duty; and (3) the President should designate the U.S. Embassy in Iran as a place entitling the enlisted members of a uniformed service to special pay.
