Authorizes additional expenditures by the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation for inquiries and investigations, not to exceed $2,627,800 from the period from March 1, 1979, through February 29, 1980. Directs that such expenditures be made from the contingent fund of the Senate.
Directs the committee to report its findings and recommendations to the Senate no later than February 29, 1980.
