A resolution to authorize a former staff investigator of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Committee on Governmental Affairs to present himself to give testimony in a disciplinary proceeding by the State Bar of Arizona against an attorney licensed to practice in Arizona, and to authorize the release of certain documents in the possession of said Subcommittee relating to such testimony.

Authorizes W. Donald Gray, a former staff investigator of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Committee on Governmental Affairs, to present himself and give testimony in a disciplinary proceeding by the State Bar of Arizona against an attorney licensed to practice in Arizona. Authorizes the release of documents, relating to the disciplinary proceeding, in the possession of the subcommittee.
