A resolution to disapprove the final recommendations of the Secretary of Transportation designating the basic route system of Amtrak.

Expresses the disapproval of the Senate with respect to the final recommendations designating the basic route system for the National Railroad Passenger Corporation submitted to the Congress by the Secretary of Transportation on January 31, 1979.

Sets forth considerations which the Secretary is to include in the revised report which is to be submitted to Congress within 45 days of disapproval of the original plan.
