A resolution to authorize a former staff investigator of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Committee on Governmental Affairs to present himself to be deposed and testify in a civil action and to authorize the release to the Arizona Director of Insurance of certain documents and other information in the possession of said Subcommittee.
