A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States with respect to the number of terms of office which Members of the Senate and the House of Representatives may serve.

Constitutional Amendment - Limits the number of terms of office that a Member of the Senate may serve to two and a Member of the House of Representatives to seven.

Declares that a person may not serve more than 14 years as a Senator nor more than 15 years as a Representative.

Declares that elections and service occurring before the date this article is ratified shall not be taken into account.
