A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States with respect to the number of terms of office of Members of the Senate and of the House of Representatives.

Constitutional Amendment - Limits the number of terms of office that a Member of the Senate may serve to two and a Member of the House of Representatives to six.

Declares that only elections occurring because of the expiration of a term of office, and elections occurring before the date this article is ratified shall be taken into account.
