A joint resolution to provide for the issuance of a commemorative postage stamp in honor of the 150th anniversary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Directs the Postmaster General to issue in the year 1980 a special postage stamp commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
