A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States with respect to the length of the term of Office of the President and Vice President and the number of terms a President may serve.

Constitutional Amendment - Establishes a six-year term of office for the President and Vice President. Prohibits any person from being eligible to be President if that person has previously been elected to such office, or if that person has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President.
