A bill to permit the Secretary of the Interior to use the chemical compound sodium monofloracetate for the purpose of controlling the population of coyotes on public lands, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to purchase and use the chemical compound sodium monofloracetate (compound 1080) for the purpose of controlling the coyote population on public lands. Allows the manufacture, interstate shipping, or selling of such compound if it is for the use of the Secretary.
