A bill to amend chapter 55 of title 10 of the United States Code to qualify certain former spouses of members of the uniformed services for medical and dental benefits, and for other purposes.

Entitles unremarried former spouses of members of the uniformed services who were married to such a member for at least 20 years to benefits under CHAMPUS (Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services).
