A bill to eliminate the age limitation of 70 years for chief judges of the district courts and chief judges of the circuit courts.

Requires the chief judge of the circuit or district courts to be the judge in regular active service who is senior in commission and who has served for at least one year (thus eliminating the current age limitation of 70 years).
