Reduces from $30,000 to $12,500 the limitation on specially adapted housing benefits for veterans who cannot walk without the aid of braces, crutches, cane, or wheelchair.
Provides a maximum flat rate of $12,500 on such benefits for eligible veterans who are building or remodeling a home.
