A bill to amend section 16(b) of the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act, as amended, providing for a Great Plains Conservation Program.

Amends the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act to extend the period wherein the Secretary of Agriculture may enter into contracts for the conservation of soil in the Great Plains conservation program.

Limits the total payments under this program to $50,000,000 per program year.
