Directs the transmission to the Smithsonian Institution for inclusion in the national numismatic collection of two specimens of specified pieces used in the production of coins and dollars produced by the Bureau of the Mint.
Allows the Secretary of the Treasury to lend other specimens of such pieces for exhibition purposes to nonprofit educational associations, societies, and museums.
