A bill to amend title 38, of the United States Code, to provide readjustment professional counseling to Vietnam-era veterans and their families, and for other purposes.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide readjustment professional counseling to any veteran who served on active duty during the Vietnam era, and who requests such assistance within one year from such veteran's discharge or within one year after enactment of this Act.

Authorizes such counseling for members of an eligible veteran's family where necessary for such veteran's treatment.
