A bill exempting employees serving 60 days or less from the financial reporting requirements of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978.

Amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to exempt Federal employees who are not expected to perform the duties of office for more than 60 days a year from provisions which require new and terminated employees to file financial disclosure reports.
