A bill to authorize the Administrator of General Services to transfer surplus real property to the United States Olympic Committee.

Amends the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 to authorize the Administrator of General Services to transfer to the United States Olympic Committee any surplus real property necessary for purposes related to the United States' participation in Olympic athletic competition.
