A bill to delay the date certain child support requirements became effective in the case of certain States.

Delays for one year the requirement that a State must have in effect a child support program under part D (Child Support and Establishment of Paternity) of title IV of the Social Security Act before Aid under part A (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) is reduced.
