A bill to amend the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 with respect to annuities for widows and widowers of certain railroad employees.

Amends the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974 to make the amount payable to a widow or widower of a deceased employee under a survivor's annuity at least equal to the amount which would have been payable to such deceased employee if not deceased.

Excludes supplemental annuity benefits to an individual from coverage under this section.
