A bill to amend title 5 of the United States Code to provide paid leave for a Federal employee participating in certain athletic activities as an official representative of the United States.
Athletic Opportunities Assistance Act - Grants paid leave to any Federal employee participating as a member of an official United States team in any world, Pan American, or Olympic competition. Authorizes the Office of Personal Management to issue implementing regulations.
