Robert A. Taft Institute of Government Trust Fund Act - Establishes in the United States Treasury the Robert A. Taft Institute Trust Fund. Authorizes the Commissioner of Education to make grants from such fund to develop the Robert A. Taft Institute of Government, New York, New York.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to invest portions of the Fund not required to meet current withdrawals.
Appropriates $15,000,000 to the Fund.
