A bill to amend title 5 of the United States Code to provide vacation leave for residents of Alaska serving a tour of duty at a hardship station in Alaska.

Requires Federal agencies to pay an employee whose place of residence is Alaska, and who has completed a tour of duty at a hardship station in that State, the cost of transportation to such residence for vacation leave before such employee begins another tour of duty at such station or outside the continental United States.
