A bill to amend title 5 of the United States Code to provide additional cost-of-living adjustments in civil service retirement annuities of annuitants who were employed in Alaska and continue to reside there after separation, and for other purposes.

Increases by the percentage by which the cost of living increase in Alaska exceeds the cost of living increase in the District of Columbia, the annuity for any retired Federal employee or Member of Congress who performed ten years of service in Alaska and continues to reside in Alaska.
