A bill to extend coverage, under the insurance system established by title II of the Social Security Act, to service performed by an individual as a Member of Congress.

Amends title II (Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code to include Members of Congress, and the Vice President under the Federal Old-Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance system.
